Turtle glass check
Check the published visible light transmittance (VLT) of each make-up on a coastal job against the threshold in the local ordinance. The model ordinance defines tinted glass as 45% or less inside-to-outside transmittance.

Paying on gross profit ties the rep to the margin, not just the price. Many dealers use one or the other; this tool shows both so you can compare.
