How it’s calculated

  • Missed adders = jobs a year × openings per job × (% of openings with a missed adder ÷ 100) × value of a missed adder
  • Unpriced conditions = jobs a year × (% of jobs with an unpriced condition ÷ 100) × average amount missed
  • Forgotten accessories = jobs a year × average missed per job
  • Discounts past the floor = jobs discounted below your floor × average give-away
  • Total = the sum of the four
