Focus Bridge
Catch the thought. Find your way back.
Available
Focus Bridge is a free, open-code idea for people with ADHD who juggle a lot of projects. Type a thought into one box and get back to work. It sorts the thought for you, nudges you gently, and helps you find your place again. Your data stays on your computer.
Focus Bridge was an idea one of the founders never took to market or tested.

The story
I’m one of the founders. I have ADHD, a day job with too many hats, and a company I’m starting on the side. I’m great at starting things. Keeping track of them is the hard part. So I built a simple app to help me find my way back.
Read the long version
At work I'm the sales manager, the IT person, the marketing person and the developer. On the side, I'm starting my own company. If you have ADHD, you know how it goes: every project looks like the best one ever, right up until a newer one shows up.
At one point I had about a dozen projects going. Each had its own tools, notes, tabs and half-done to-do list. Starting things was easy. Keeping track was not. I'd spend the first half hour of a work session just figuring out where I left off.
Then friends and family saw what I was building. "Can you make me one?" Sweet, and also more projects.
So I did the most ADHD thing possible. I started another project, one meant to tame all the others. The rules were simple, because I knew I wouldn't follow hard ones:
- One box. Everything goes in the same place. No deciding where it goes first.
- One next step. Each project gets one small action, not a checklist to feel guilty about.
- One big Pause button. When it's too much, everything stops. Coming back puts you right where you were.
That's Focus Bridge. It's free and open-code, and your data stays on your computer. I built it for my own chaos. If it helps you too, that's the best outcome.
Thanks for being here. Hit Pause whenever you need to.
