Rep commission
Work out what a rep earns on a job and in a month. Pay on the sale price or on gross profit, split with a partner rep, and compare the month against a draw.

Turtle glass check
Check the published visible light transmittance (VLT) of each make-up on a coastal job against the threshold in the local ordinance. The model ordinance defines tinted glass as 45% or less inside-to-outside transmittance.
