What is the difference between margin and markup?

Margin is profit as a share of the selling price. Markup is profit as a share of the cost. The same job always shows a higher markup than margin.

What is a floor price?

The lowest price you are willing to sell the job for, set from your own minimum margin. The calculator warns you when a price falls below it.
